Are you a practitioner looking for space to rent?

We have rooms available for rent on a monthly, weekly or daily basis. The rooms are spacious, sound-proof and have high ceilings. These are available for a wide range of services such as psychology, massage, acupuncture, nutrition, lactation support, etc. Room rentals include complementary childcare for patients (Monday-Saturday from 9am-3pm) in a fully equipped space with an amazing early childhood educator on staff.

There is a welcoming front room for patients/clients to wait for their therapist. Parents also have access to a changing station and comfortable gliders for feeding and soothing their little ones.

The following rooms are still available for part-time use:

• 2 rooms are set up for psychologists, counsellors, lactation consultants, perinatal educators, etc (natural light).
• 2 rooms are set up for massage therapy, acupuncture, TCM, osteopathy, craniosacral therapy, fascial stretching, MAT and other similar services. A hydraulic table is set up for shared use, and there is a cabinet for practitioners to store their supplies. 

Rental rates (minimum 4 days/month):

1 day/week: $90/day

2-3 days/week: $85/day

4-5 days/week $75/day

Monthly & yearly leases are also available upon request.

The large studio space is also available for hourly rent when not in use, early mornings, evenings and weekend afternoons/evenings. Rates depend on group size and rental time.
